About the Role

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch support to our sales team and customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Rendering pre-sales and post-sales technical service assistance to the sales team;
  2. Assisting clients in fault analysis and troubleshooting via phone or email;
  3. Analyzing relevant data and contributing to enhanced accuracy and customer satisfaction;
  4. Maintaining open communication with other departments and promptly reporting product issues;
  5. Traveling to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
  6. Attending industry conferences and events;
  7. Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  1. A background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering;
  2. At least three years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those having a background in the renewable energy sector;
  3. A serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong pressure resistance;
  4. Strong communication skills and a teamwork spirit, with excellent customer service awareness.
