About Us:
We are an INBOUND customer service provider operating 24/7. Our clients are based in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are looking for serious candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, ideally in a US or UK-based campaign.

Job Duties:
  1. Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
  2. Respond to new service inquiries, complaints, and handle other day-to-day processes
  3. Attend trainings and team meetings
  4. Work as a team player and assist team members as needed
  5. Flexible with different shift timings and work with the team to ensure coverage

Skillset Requirements:
  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
  • Write English without grammatical errors
  • Good typing speed and can learn new systems
  • Able to manage different shift timings
