Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Resolution Specialist to join our team at ibexl. This role requires the ability to provide satisfactory solutions to diverse customer queries through written communications and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will be a keyboard whizz with intellect, able to instantly come up with solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their items purchased through our e-commerce website
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of ibexl
  • Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat
  • Maintain high levels of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner
  • Document each customer query and resulting solution
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on our e-commerce website
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates on system information and process changes
  • Able to deal with objections and handle customer pushbacks
Requirements
  • O Levels/Intermediate or above
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Must have at least 40 WPM
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
