As a Customer Interaction Specialist at QuellBits, you will be responsible for initiating contact with international customers in English to identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities. This role involves building relationships, qualifying prospects, managing communication, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively reach out to international businesses and individuals to establish rapport and understand their needs.
  2. Qualify leads through cold calling and provide appropriate solutions to convert prospects into clients.
  3. Maintain and update customer records in CRM software to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
  4. Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs by working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or business development, particularly in reaching out to international customers.
  2. Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) to engage with clients from various English-speaking markets.
  3. Familiarity with international markets and ability to work in an innovative and growing tech company.
