As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources operations, with expertise in recruitment, hiring manager collaboration, employee record management, payroll and compliance support, and employee experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Source and onboard talented individuals effectively.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Understand staffing needs and role requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Payroll and Compliance Support: Assist in payroll, compliance, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Employee Experience Enhancement: Foster a positive employee experience and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including night shifts.
