AZ Technologies is hiring an
experienced Business Development Manager
to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a
full-time, onsite role
focused on IT Staff Augmentation services. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in the field and can drive growth through smart lead generation and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for IT Staff Augmentation services.
  • Generate leads using email marketing campaigns and outreach.
  • Actively monitor and source opportunities from job portals such as AngelList, Wellfound, Y Combinator Jobs, Remote OK, We Work Remotely, , etc.
  • Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms to identify and connect with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development for IT Staff Augmentation or related services.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with platforms like AngelList, Wellfound, Y Combinator Jobs, and similar portals.
  • Skilled in using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools for prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
