Cyber System is looking for a customer support executive, candidates with Medical front desk (Inbound) experience with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Answering inbound video calls with greetings.

· Scheduling patient's appointments.

· Eligibility Verification.

· Appointment Reminders.

· Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.

Requirements:

· Must have a Bachelor's degree.

· Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)

· Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)

· Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.

Salary:

60,000/- to 70,000/- (depending upon your interview)

Plus Bonuses and Medical Insurance will be offered to the right candidates as per the skills and expertise.

Company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Working Timings:

05:00pm to 02:00am (Monday to Saturday)
