Business Development Manager (Karachi)
Role Overview:
Addo AI is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and converting them into lasting business partnerships. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, able to bridge AI-driven solutions with client needs, and confident in driving conversations from initial outreach through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries and enterprise accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to align client needs with Addo AI's solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Addo AI at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in technology services, SaaS, or consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, CEOs).
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative sales mindset.
