Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to international customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and CSAT.

Requirements

  • O/A Levels or Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
