Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, industries, and verticals for our cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that address clients' specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop customized proposals that align with clients' requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure proposals clearly outline the technical aspects, pricing, and return on investment for clients.
- Close deals and finalize contracts while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and stages of engagement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress to management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and advancements in the cybersecurity industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of successful business development, sales, or account management within the cybersecurity sector
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Adept at building and nurturing professional relationships
