Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claim Filing: Assist customers with claim filings, ensuring they receive accurate and efficient resolutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with customers' products, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: O-Levels/Intermediate or above.
  • Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with an IT background.
  • Accent: American or neutral accent preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
