IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible for developing and managing SME ICT Sales portfolio & Operations in North Zone.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Identify and approach potential customers for the sale of ICT products, solutions, and services. Build sales pipeline through networking, events, partnering, cold calling and visits.
- Build and develop an effective sales team in assigned region(s) to achieve revenue ambitions from ICT Sales to SME Vertical.
- Analyze customer requirements, coordinate for technical/commercial feasibility, and prepare business proposals for high value contracts.
- Coordinate with product team, technical, business operations and vendors to ensure that customer's onboarding experience is seamless.
- Implement effective controls to ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and internal policy guidelines through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between direct sales and support teams for feasibility, pricing, customer proposals and service delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration from a reputed institution.
- Good understanding of ICT, IoTs, SaaS, PaaS etc.
