Training, research, analysis, field monitoring, report writing, and dissemination. Providing technical inputs to implement project activities, achieve project targets, and provide leadership to teams. Developing strong liaison with other departments and coordinating with team members and management to meet project objectives/targets with sustainability. Planning the strengthening of community groups through participatory interactions. Developing progress & analytical reports, case studies & presentations; participating in monitoring/evaluation exercises. Providing guidance in financial matters and ensuring monthly forecasts for project activities and office.

Job Specification

Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent report writing skills. Command over computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communications. Ability to identify HRD requirements, train team members, and manage them effectively. Ability to develop working relationships with other stakeholders.
