We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Dengage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.

About the Company

Dengage is a technology company founded and led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up.

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our sales team, overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on generating and qualifying leads for our SaaS digital marketing platform.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and align with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
Requirements
  • Total of 10-12 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the SaaS industry with 5 years in a team leadership/managerial role with a successful track record of leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing platforms or related areas such as CPaaS or IT System Integration is essential.
  • Strong background in Ad-tech/Mar-tech platforms and familiarity with CDP or Marketing Automation solutions is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
