The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining relationships, closing deals, and achieving target-driven results.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish relationships with potential B2B partners in the US market.
- Deal Closing: Deliver results in a target-oriented, high-performance role focused on closing deals.
- Integration Strategies: Develop strategies for B2B integration and White Label models, ensuring seamless integration solutions.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Partnership Growth: Strengthen and grow existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure mutual goals are achieved.
- Business Metrics and Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and present business development metrics and partner performance.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Lead in B2B SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-Driven Environment: Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Integration Models and White Label Solutions: Experience with integration models and White Label solutions is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Up to 150,000 to 180,000 per month, Conveyance allowance/pick and drop, Family medical insurance, Annual bonus, Uncapped Commission, Paid annual leaves, Evening Shift: 7PM – 3AM.
