Chief Administrative Officer for CEO Office

Established in Pakistan, Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading international HR Services company catering to domestic and multinational client organizations across all HR functions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Administrative Officer to support the CEO's office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up with relevant departments as required.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and other executive events.
- Facilitate compliance functions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location:
- The position is based at Lahore Green Forts II.
Estimated Salary: PKR 800,000 - PKR 1,200,000 per annum
