About the Job:
This Senior Manager role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to improve customer retention and persistency rates at Adamjee Life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention rates.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives that drive business performance and improve customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role focused on customer retention or persistency management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
