As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with payment processing needs including onboarding, reconciliation, risk management, terminal ordering, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, enhancing their overall experience with our company. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong analytical mindset, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Master various support processes and platforms, effectively managing multiple customer inquiries at once.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, messages) in our support system, ensuring thorough and clear records.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey clear and concise information.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, using a methodical approach to gather requirements, identify issues, and find effective solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn additional support platforms quickly.
