We are looking for a highly skilled CONTACT CENTER PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE MANAGER to join our team at Translation Empire PK.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will involve leading our contact center team to achieve exceptional performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of contact center agents to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer service experience.
  • Collaborate with our training team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our agents.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to agents to help them improve their performance.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
