We are looking for a highly skilled CONTACT CENTER PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE MANAGER to join our team at Translation Empire PK.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will involve leading our contact center team to achieve exceptional performance.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of contact center agents to achieve high levels of performance.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer service experience.
- Collaborate with our training team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our agents.
- Provide coaching and feedback to agents to help them improve their performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
