
Distributor Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Distributor Management Specialist to join our team at Steps Ahead Pakistan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure effective distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure effective distribution operations.
- Negotiate joint business plans with customers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize routes for DSRs.
- Support the digital transformation strategy by leveraging technology to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.
- Lead and develop an extended team, including building talent and ensuring accountability for business performance.
- Redefine processes post-execution analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
