Sales Enablement Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join our team. As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, improving knowledge adoption, and enhancing overall performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of our sales teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives that address these gaps.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent program management skills, with the ability to design and deliver complex training programs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of different stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and customer success representatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze training data and provide actionable insights to inform future training initiatives.
