Global Sales Director for Motive

Motive is a technology company that provides solutions for the physical economy. We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team and help drive revenue growth in the global SMB market.
Responsibilities- Manage a global team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Motive's business goals, leveraging our portfolio of products and services.
- Collaborate with sales operations to ensure effective use of CRM processes, training, and coaching programs.
- Measure and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Leverage Motive's expertise in the physical economy to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years in international sales (US market preferred).
- 2+ years in sales leadership (plus), ideally within a technology or product-driven company.
- Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
