About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader who can drive growth and revenue in our SMB segment.

This role involves managing a global team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them to achieve revenue targets by selling Motive's products and services into existing SMB customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in leading teams and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scale and manage the SMB Account Executives team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Define appointment and pipeline targets, ensuring consistent execution and performance metrics
  • Drive consistent execution of Motive's sales playbook and collaborate with sales operations to align CRM processes, training, and coaching programs
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in international sales, preferably in the US market
  • 2+ years in sales leadership, ideally in a technology or product-driven company
  • Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles in a fast-paced market
  • Outstanding contractual and negotiation skills
  • Ability to enforce pipeline management best practices
