Global SMB Account Growth Manager

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader who can drive growth and revenue in our SMB segment.
This role involves managing a global team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them to achieve revenue targets by selling Motive's products and services into existing SMB customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Scale and manage the SMB Account Executives team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Define appointment and pipeline targets, ensuring consistent execution and performance metrics
- Drive consistent execution of Motive's sales playbook and collaborate with sales operations to align CRM processes, training, and coaching programs
- 4+ years in international sales, preferably in the US market
- 2+ years in sales leadership, ideally in a technology or product-driven company
- Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles in a fast-paced market
- Outstanding contractual and negotiation skills
- Ability to enforce pipeline management best practices
- Opportunity to work with a large volume of customers representing a significant portion of Motive's revenue stream
