Role Summary
The Accounts Manager Sales position at Human Resource Diversity requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of achievement. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our market share through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving assigned revenue/profitability targets, developing sales opportunities in existing and new customer accounts, and promoting cross-selling in existing accounts.
- Develop and implement winning strategies for each account, providing relevant business solutions for customers based on identified needs and ensuring technical support is delivered as needed.
- Identify competitor accounts and win them over, while ensuring profitability targets are met in the assigned territory/accounts.
- Monitor all necessary sales documentation recorded in CRM and other organizational reports/systems required by supervisor.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Business Management/MCS. HP/Cisco Sales certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience: 6-8 years or above sales experience with a reputable company, IT industry exposure preferred. Ability to deal with institutional customers, knowledge of professional selling skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and closing techniques.
Personal Qualities: Excellent result orientation, initiative, pleasant personality with drive and business focus. Proactive individual with an eye for business opportunities in his territory. Problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
