The successful candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently, while escalating critical matters to the relevant department or team member when necessary.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service and technical support via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services
- Document and track customer interactions and issues according to company policies
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
