Job Title: Sales Performance Catalyst

The Sales Account Manager will collaborate with the Executive team to drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies for major accounts, focusing on strategic sales within identified marketplaces and establishing key relationships with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for major accounts to drive business performance.
  • Establish clear goals, objectives, and sales plans to drive strategic sales within the identified marketplace.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships in each account, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to meet the specific needs of each opportunity.
  • Monitor competitive products, sales, and marketing activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with business analysis and development teams to develop estimates and timelines for specific customer requirements.
  • Perform contract negotiations and ensure timely delivery of revenue on contracts.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • 4-8 years experience in sales, Communications products (VSAT, Networking)
  • Hard working, high energy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects to consistently meet deadlines
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Experience in Telecom, Oil & Gas and Banking sector will be an asset
