About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Peshawar. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by increasing sales and volume in the designated territory.
- Uplift competitive visibility in stores through effective execution of retail strategies.
- Coordinate with distributors and customers to execute operational plans and negotiate joint business planning.
- Negotiate with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
As a successful Territory Manager, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active feet on street and market time.
- Capability to strategize and possess strong execution skills.
