About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Peshawar. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by increasing sales and volume in the designated territory.
  • Uplift competitive visibility in stores through effective execution of retail strategies.
  • Coordinate with distributors and customers to execute operational plans and negotiate joint business planning.
  • Negotiate with customers to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

As a successful Territory Manager, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Active feet on street and market time.
  • Capability to strategize and possess strong execution skills.
