Job Description

Lead a team in implementing local payments processing for international merchants by building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Contact potential partners -acquirers and banks- to build relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships, analyze performance results, and optimize operational capabilities.
  • Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events to stay informed on local regulatory/licensing requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ambitious and adaptable individual who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in payments or other financial systems in Pakistan.
  • Success in partnering and working cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Negotiation and contract execution expertise.
  • Established business network and thorough knowledge of the market.
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Commitment to compliance and understanding of the regulatory environment in Pakistan.
