The role of a Senior Enterprise Partner is to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and account management. This position requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering value-added solutions.

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our presence in key client sectors. Create customized solutions and pitches to take these opportunities through to successful closure.
  2. Manage the sales cycle for major national accounts at the head office level, working closely with senior stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive account plans, ensuring long-term customer engagement and achievement of business objectives.
  4. Build and maintain C-level relationships across lines of business to understand business goals, concerns, and priorities within key accounts.
  5. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop tailored marketing programs, leveraging content syndication, webcasts, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  6. Develop and execute quarterly business reviews and annual strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  7. Provide weekly reports and bi-monthly progress updates to higher management, maintaining essential data recording systems and ensuring seamless communication channels.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform business development strategies and drive innovation.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry dynamics, strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and strategically, and effective time management and prioritization.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator), with a minimum of 5 years in a senior account management role.
