We are looking for an experienced Administrative Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, supervising the admin team, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations: Supervise the admin team, ensure quality housekeeping, and maintain office equipment.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including screening, prequalifying, and selecting vendors; preparing, finalizing, and circulating RFQs, quotations, and bids.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, review them on a quarterly basis, and negotiate contracts.
Requirements:
