About the Role

This Senior Account Executive position offers a unique opportunity to join QuickStart Technologies Inc. as a strategic partner in driving sales growth.

  • As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities
  • Run the sales organization based on the Sales Excellence Plan.
  • Motivate sales associates to promote QuickStart offerings and solutions while ensuring expected metrics are achieved.
  • Analyze various sales reports to project sales and establish quotas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience with selling IT skills content.
  • Working knowledge of the Internet.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions.
  • Ability to anticipate clients' needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Approaches work/responsibilities in a professional manner.
  • Excellent sales skills.
