We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Liaison to join our team at Inkstone Management. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints and concerns via phone, email, or social media, using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, and greeting them warmly and ascertaining the problem or reason for calling.

You will also assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges, advising customers on company information and taking payment information and other pertinent details. Your goal will be to place or cancel orders, attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation, and inform them of deals and promotions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes, work with our customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered, and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
  • Support clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their complaints and concerns.
