As a results-driven leader, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate across departments to foster strategic partnerships and drive product development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Management, supervisory, analytical, and organizational experience.
- Strong understanding of sales team management, including implementation of incentive compensation systems and CRM tools.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of fiber and hosted phone systems.
