About the Role:

We are seeking a Distribution Strategy Executive to join our team in driving sales and distribution objectives in India.

Main Duties:
  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand product reach and optimize stockist performance.
    • Identify new markets and accounts, and build relationships with key wholesalers to drive business growth.
    • Ensure efficient execution of CD strategies and scheme rollouts across the zone.
  • In-store Optimization
    • Prioritize accounts for maximum impact through visibilities and ensure coverage of top outlets in every route.
  • Market Analysis
    • Secure and analyze competitive information from public sources to inform business decisions.
  • Data Analysis and Communication
    • Utilize data to drive overall business performance and set objectives for market visits.
    • Review salesmen and PSR performance against plan and provide support to resolve issues.
  • Salesman Training and Development
    • Train and develop salesmen through required modes of training (e.g. new products, toothbrush assortment).
    • Mentor and empower salesmen to perform well by ensuring CP benefits are availed by DSRs.
  • Meetings and Reporting
    • Conduct effective monthly and weekly salesmen meetings to share best practices and discuss progress.
    • Compile reports and information as per requirements communicated by ASM.
