We are looking for a highly skilled Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service team meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of call center operations and quality assurance principles, as well as excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, is also essential.
