
Business Support Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Executive to support business operations, compliance, and coordination activities. This role involves handling documentation, SAP data management, reporting, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational and legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting
- Enter and maintain CP number issuance.
- Develop and update master data sheets, log books, and process trackers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and compliance activities.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Draft, review, and process authority letters, NOCs, dealership agreements, MOUs, and vendor account openings.
- Manage leases, retailer agreements, and NFR agreements including updates and filing.
- Process release, surrender, termination, tax certificate and OGRA letters.
- Operational Support
- Maintain attendance, activity logs, and shortage files.
- Process uniform orders and other staff-related requests.
- Assist in NFA process, filing, and record-keeping for audits and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Development, Legal, Finance, Retail and Lube to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Support communication with dealers, retailers, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for sensitive documentation and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, operational, or compliance roles (preferably in oil marketing, energy, or FMCG sector).
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with legal documentation and coordination.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within regulated industries.
