Manager – Operations & Administration
Experience: Minimum 8 years in industrial operations & administration
Job Summary:
The Manager Operations & Administration will oversee overall plant operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, workforce management, and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations, including production planning, logistics, and support functions.
- Manage administrative functions such as HR, security, and facility management.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and performance monitoring systems.
- Ensure resource availability and efficient utilization.
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless execution of operations.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Promote employee engagement and workplace discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HSE regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in operations and administration in steel/industrial sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130, Rs150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi Metroville: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
