Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our team at Telogic Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building long-term relationships with key customers in the telecommunications sector. This is a hands-on role that encompasses technical pre-sales, account development/management, solution architecture, and coordination of technical resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and developing relationships with key customers.
  2. Providing technical guidance and support on pre-sales activities.
  3. Collaborating with sales, customers, and engineering teams to resolve pre-sales issues.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the telecommunications industry.
  6. Ensuring high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre-sales support.
  7. Carrying out any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunications or related industries.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Results-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable.
  5. The candidate is able to travel regularly for activities such as opportunity follow-up, design-in, demo system setup, and other sales engagement and follow-up related activities.
  6. Strong understanding of telecom/voice technologies, solutions, and services.
  7. Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams by participating and supporting all sales strategies and activities.
  8. Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage.
