About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Devomech. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development activities.
  • Use CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (international) in the IT sector, with experience working on online platforms.
  • An active listener with excellent communication skills and ability to offer appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to learn about new markets and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
