As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide them with solutions to grow their operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with our commercial customers and develop a deep understanding of their businesses.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to align customer pain points with the Motive solution.
- Provide compelling product demos tailored to the unique needs of our commercial accounts.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for our customers.
- Manage contract renewals and minimize churn, ensuring maximum revenue retention through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
- Resolve issues proactively by identifying root causes, determining the best course of action, and implementing solutions.
