Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly volume targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
