We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly volume targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
