Strategic Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to join our team at Leading Edge. As a Strategic Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance our operations.
About the Role- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases for new initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and surveys to gather feedback and identify pain points
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that will inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The estimated salary for this position is PKR 800,000 - PKR 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
