We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional to join our team at 247 eServices Pvt Ltd. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer service and administration.
Job Responsibilities- The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by handling and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
- You will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- A strong understanding of business principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
Requirements:
