The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service Offices nationwide. This includes ensuring that exceptional customer satisfaction is consistently delivered through first-line services.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing countrywide Customer Service Offices.
  2. Ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  3. Reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
  4. Presenting to the highest level of management and the Board of Directors.
  5. Carrying out all related activities related to Customer Service Offices.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent leadership qualities.
  3. Able to document daily activities in a formalized manner and present them to management.
  4. Ability to work on Requests for Quotations and Proposals from clients.
