Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Management professional to join our team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and franchise owners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and franchise owners.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
