
Strategic Account Executive

Elite Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned Customer Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service.
About the Position:
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
