About the Role

At Benchmark, we are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, providing them with seamless support throughout their journey with us.

\

This involves developing effective strategies for acquiring new customers through proactive outreach efforts, fostering value-based relationships with B2B customers, and researching, qualifying, managing, and tracking leads and related sales activities to optimize conversion rates.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, and an intermediate or graduate level education.

\

You must be able to positively influence and engage clients, generating interest and enthusiasm for our business line.

\
