About the Role
\At Benchmark, we are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth.
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, providing them with seamless support throughout their journey with us.
\This involves developing effective strategies for acquiring new customers through proactive outreach efforts, fostering value-based relationships with B2B customers, and researching, qualifying, managing, and tracking leads and related sales activities to optimize conversion rates.
\To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, and an intermediate or graduate level education.
\You must be able to positively influence and engage clients, generating interest and enthusiasm for our business line.
