Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control parts/material consumption
- Conduct orientation programs and train newly appointed staff
- Devise strategies to achieve repair/revenue targets/KPIs
- Assist NSM in forecasting future targets and devising new plans
- Formulate, implement, and improve service standards
- Review and assign job responsibilities of CSD staff
- Evaluate and monitor learning needs of staff
- Oversee reports for management
