Key Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through prompt issue resolution and effective communication.
- Collaborating with Development, QA, and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Providing product knowledge and training to clients.
- Documenting and tracking client issues through ticketing systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment.
- Strong technical skills, including database management and scripting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
