Key Responsibilities:

  2. Market Research: Conducting market research to determine competitive salary ranges, benefits, and other total reward elements.
  3. Job Evaluation: Performing job evaluations to ensure accurate classification and compensation of positions.
  4. Pay Equity Analysis: Analyzing pay equity to identify and address any disparities, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  5. Performance-Based Pay: Designing and implementing performance-based pay structures that link individual and team performance to rewards.
  6. Bonus and Incentive Plans: Developing and managing bonus and incentive plans that motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Leave and Time-Off Policy: Developing and maintaining leave and time-off policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Statutory Requirements: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to employment law, including minimum wage, working hours, and termination procedures.
